General accessibility statement
Gullicksen Group strives to make its services accessible to people with disabilities. We believe every person has the right to live with dignity, equality, comfort, and independence, and we continue working to make our digital services usable by as many people as possible.
Our standard
Our goal is ongoing alignment with the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG 2.2) Level AA. This redesigned site includes semantic headings, keyboard-accessible navigation, visible focus states, labeled controls, text alternatives for meaningful images, readable contrast, responsive text, reduced-motion support, pause controls for moving content, and a skip link for keyboard and screen-reader users.
Ongoing work
Accessibility is an ongoing effort, and conformance can change as content, technology, and third-party services change. Automated tools can help identify issues, but they do not replace manual review or feedback from people using assistive technology. We will continue to review the site and address barriers we identify.
Third-party content
Some property-search and virtual-tour experiences are provided by third parties, including IDX Broker and Matterport. Those services maintain their own accessibility practices. If any part of those experiences creates difficulty, please contact us so we can provide the information another way.
