“I have had such an easy, pleasurable condo search by using Tim Gullicksen of Corcoran Icon Properties. He came highly recommended, so it wasn’t really a surprise that he was so good, but all my expectations were not only met, but exceeded and then some! Tim is very relaxed, but SO knowledgeable, and when I would write to him from Florida where I live presently, I would get an answer in just a few minutes—regardless of the time of day.
